need to replace the rotors on my 2001 Mitsubishi Diamante?

Just found out I really need to replace my front discs and platelets due to bad really crunchy squeak ahead of them. I watched them and they look up all exhausted. Those on I bought my car when it could have been upgraded from the original styles that were upon them, but im not sure. The more that are on it are premium ventilated discs. I do not feel the need to obtain premium rotos ventilated alternative, but the only thing that concerns me is rotors standards have a different thickness. Will need a different bracket? Because if so, Id rather just find the new bonus disc broken, but if I do not need new calipers, I'd probably just go for a standard rotor. Nobody know what I should do? Thank you

Firstly, the rotors can it now be transformed?? Service can they be shaved down to remove the grooves? It would be good to know if ur doing the job or someone else. You can remove the rotor and take it to an auto parts store or shop and have checked the thickness of them and see if they can be shaved. If so, shave them and put on new pads. If you need new rotors and the old with u, then u could just put them side by side and compare the width of the rotors to see if they fit u have in the stirrups. I am sure they will. Remember the caliper piston must be pushed in when u install new pads and / or rotors, which makes the space between the increase buffers.
