Bayou Bandit "suspect" arrested the FBI on Friday arrested the man they believe to be the Bayou Bandit ". Officers arrested Douglas Ford, 46, San Antonio, Texas. They say that Ford is a serial bank robber who targeted banks in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico.
