Can you turn a smooth leather jacket into a crinkled one?
you know the crinkled effect that a leather jacket can carry like the distressed one, how can i do this to a jacket?

If it’s good quality leather it won’t work.
Otherwise tie it in a knot and sit on it for as long as you can.. get someone else to hold the other end and twist it like you would trying to get water out of a towel.
You could try these but it really depends on the quality of the leather.
