Installing a Minn-Kota 24V Terrova £ 80. the engine thrust. I was wondering if the amp CB 60, they recommend will be heavy. I'm running 8 gauge wire to a length of about 10 'after all the twists of the battery on 10 gauge wire leads installed on the engine (via plug and receptacle), for easy removal My main issue is the circuit breaker 60 amps compatible with 8 gauge wire. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, as I am not an electrician by any means
Yeah, you'll be fine. I do not see the load cataclysmic trip thing, but I did the rigging and repair work on hundreds of these facilities had no protection circuits and hundreds more with a 40.60, or 100 amps breaker all without any problems.
