My humidor’s hygrometer is reading 79. What do I do?
Both hygrometers are reading 78-79 humidity.

That is incredibly high for cigars. With the humidity that high, you risk having your cigars get soggy and go moldy. This will ruin your sticks. I would start by removing any of the humidification devices you have in your humidor. You may even want to leave the lid open for a couple of hours to help it dry out a bit. Once the Humidity gets back to around 65% Humidity, you can start by adding the humidification devices back into your humidor. Be careful when you fill them. It’s better to add small amounts of distilled water a couple of times than overshoot it and ruin your sticks. Good Luck.
