Is there a good home stereo with Ipod dock that has a real EQ function to adjust hi, mids, lows?
I want something similiar to the Sony Mini Hi-Fi MHC-EC98Pi. It has bass boost but no real EQ function. Other stereos have preset EQ functions like, rock, pop, jazz, etc, but no custom EQ. Old stereos from the 90s had this function. Where’s the advancement in technology?
You’re right about the poor current control technology. Therefore I would go to a pawnshop, buy a good older unit with separate bass, mid-range, and treble controls. Then add an ipod dock. Your music will sound better, whatever the speakers. Hope this helps.
