The hobby of Amateur Radio
Amateur or ham radio is largely a recreational activity. The majority of time hobby Thel is dedicated to making contact and having conversations with people in remote areas and different cultures. The Q code is a standardized set of three-letter message encodings, all starting with the letter "Q" originally developed for radio communications business, and later adopted by other radio services, especially amateur radio. In Audio today's age of transmitting signals, Q codes are not essential. but still in use and are considered a sort of tradition.
As part of DX-and DX-ing peditions QSL card or proof of contact card is shared. QSL is one of the Q-code which means "I acknowledge having received. The common practice is that those who have established a contact to a particular frequency exchange QSL card in the mail to confirm their contact and conversation. These QSLs can be used as proof of their outreach and amateur operators who come into contact with a number of other amateur radio operators within a specified time is allocated. In addition, they are distinguished and honored because they are deemed to be effective for ham radio operators.
remote contact:
Some countries have amateur radio operators less, and make contact with them is considered Special. Thus, when a radio amateur in these regions is in contact with other herd of ham operators to make communication with one of these hams. Making contact with these places less represented has its price and special considerations in the scholarship programs.
Hamfest:
