Why am I being charged to use my mobile’s GPS?
I have a Nokia 5800 and I have already disabled the option to connect automatically, as well as the assisted GPS, but it still seems to use my GPRS to download maps or something else…
Have you tried calling your provider? Maybe you accidently have the service enabled as part of your plan? I know with Verizion it’s 5 or 10 dollars a month as opposed to an “as you use it” basis like the internet/web is.
