Dog Gps Tracking Database?
My dog is lost and we do have a microchip tracker implanted in her. I was just wondering if there was a website or database where we could search or if there was a number that we could call to find her. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
A microchip isn’t a tracker, it’s just a form of identification and it’s only useful if the dog is located and brought to somebody who has a scanner, such as a vet or a shelter. Then they’ll contact you via the contact info you gave when you filled out her microchip form (hopefully that information is still up-to-date?)
In the meanwhile, ask around, post flyers, post a Craigslist ad, and visit the shelters just in case.
