Why does my computer keep freezing when I try to download Zone Alarm that is Vista compatible?…?
I try installing it and it stops at 4% and sometimes 12%. Then I place my cursor over icons (not clicking) and then my computer freezes. I tried both the free version and the Pro version. Even when I don’t touch a thing while Zone Alarm tries to install, it still freezes causing me to shut down unsafely….
And yes these are the latest Zone Alarms that are Vista compatible….and still I am having problems installing them….

Soundls to me like a problem with the installer program that ZoneAlarm uses,I think they use either Wise installation wizard or installshield,probably a compatability issue with Vista,anyway check out the forum.
