Where can I get a software update and is it free?
I got my LG VX8100 from Verizon wet. After I dried it out, it worked perfectly. However, about 2 weeks afterward, the earpiece went and I could only slightly hear what people were saying to me. I brought it to the store and they determined that it was wet. I gave it to my uncle who is very tech-savvy and he thinks that all I need is a software upgrade.
1) Where can I get the upgrade?
2) Is it free?
3) Do you think it’ll help?
you need to replace the hardware not to upgrade or update any software for that … try asking for Verizon LG VX8100 hardware support …
