Which processor is better? AMD 64 X2 dual-core 5600+ or Intel core 2 duo E6420?
AMD:
freq – 2800 mhz
system bus – 2000 mhz
cache – 1mb X 2
Intel:
cache – 4mb
clock speed – 2.13gh
fsb – 1066
I used to favor Intel, but I have the feeling that the AMD processor is a better deal. BTW, the prices are the same. What happened to ‘the good old days’ when all you had to worry about was clock speed?
