Cheerleading-Flyer Help!?
I am a flyer and this is my first year as all the stars. (Competition for 2 Leisure years before) They want me to get a cradle twist, bow and arrow, scale, scorpion, and heelstretch. Now I am flexible and can do those on the floor, but when I go in a frame to do them, I tend to lean to my right. (Especially in my bow and my heel stretch!) So I was wondering how I can stop this? Also does anyone have any information on getting my jumps more .. I can not get them very high and I'm pretty short … too. Thank you so much!
Bow and arrow as far as possible Focas u do not look .. by jumps that I think of Herk (sorry if u do not speak) than to stretch Herkes u have all the time on the field. and if you can share it in two right and left in front of u then u bet I can nail a herk
