Car Portable
How on earth do I play my portable MP3 player in my car?

I first tried the Belkin FM transmittor – which was just plain annoying. Since it just ate through batteries faster than anything.

I don’t have anything an auxiliary cable can plug into in my car, except my portable player – which seems a bit pointless.

I was starting to think of getting a portable speaker system that i could just leave in my car. But is that the best solution? And if it is, can anyone refer a good one, that doesn’t cost all that much?

I found the best thing since sliced bread…http://www.crutchfield.com/S-9oDEWuNVIo6/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?i=142FMMOD01

It’s not wireless. Basically it adds an AUX input to any radio.

It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch.

This is the answer. Totally versatile.
