How to repair the cable connector of the CRT TV?

I have one to two years Toshiba CRT TV, and very rarely observed. Recently when I tried to move, I forgot to unscrew the cable from the back panel of the first TV. Thus, the cable (antenna connector) has been pulled from television. I know this is certainly not worth sending it to the repair shop. Can I do it myself? Is this a very complicated set? Is connector connection with other components or inside the circuit? Appreciate for any suggestion.

You would open the case and perhaps own a soldering iron, but otherwise it's doable. But I have a simple and free. Take a cable ready VCR, perhaps the one that chews tapes or any thing, and run the video camera to your TV video in. Voila! You've now got a new 125 channel cable tuner ready as long as you keep your TV to the AUX / input. Too bad you will also have two remotes! I used this trick to make my old click-w button defined work / remote control and add the A / V I needed for a PS1.
