you need to know certainty what type of switch is currently there – Is it a simple three-terminal SPDT momentary switch or is it a motor reversing switch 4 DPDT Terminal? If the switch sends the full engine power and does not give you the operating relays need to ensure that the switch is enough powerful to support the load motor torque. Most importantly, you need to know about the switch is your problem and not the relay or the engine or anything else.
